Gina & Terry of POP UP YOGA MUNICH are known for moving their yoga lessons out of the studio and into the most beautiful and spectacular places in the city. One of them is Haus der Kunst!
In our current exhibition , the human body is a focal theme. This year we are offering three events that explore art, the body and bodily perception. How do contemporary artists in the digital age address the human body, how does it affect us and what changes in our perception when we are inactive physically and then become active physically? How does this affect how we view art or our body or perhaps even both?
After a pop-up talk on the body and bodily perception in contemporary art, we do yoga together in the spacious terrace hall. Maybe we will find the answers to the questions above!
The yoga class is equally suitable for beginners and professional yogis, and everyone will find something that is fitting to his or her level. Participants should bring their own mats. No drinks or bags are allowed in the exhibition spaces. Lockers, however, are available for use.
